We are so excited that you are interested in learning about our pack. We have a ton of awesome activities throughout the year and during this time of Covid, is no different.
We start the Scout year in June and continues through May. It is our goal to make sure Scouts have fun and create opportunities for our scouting families to get out into nature, explore but still participate together.
This Fall we will be having a Halloween Decorating Contest, discovering new trails around the Austin area and participating in scavenger hunts, a virtual campout in December and lots of other fun and engaging opportunities. During our Den meetings (a meeting with other scouts the same grade), your scouts will learn different ways on becoming a great scout, helping our community, building confidence and making friends.
During the Winter/Spring we hold our Pinewood Derby race, participate in the Report to State parade, hold our Blue and Gold banquet, have our Cross Over Celebration for the Scouts who are graduating from our Pack, our Spring Family Pack Camping trip, and End of the Year Party. During the summer, we have at least three (3) Pack outings and participate in the District Scout Summer Day Camps.
